Short story Jerry Decided To Buy a Gun

Jerry Bladwin 3o tuổi chủ một cửa hàng pizza. Anh sống ở một căn hộ cách đó không xa lắm nên thường đi bộ tới cửa hàng làm việc. Chỉ khi nào trời mưa thì anh sẽ đi xe bus.

Anh rất là thích phim hành động kiểu xã hội đen! Mỗi khi có một bộ phim mới chiếu rạp là anh sẽ đi xem nó vài lần. Sau đó, chờ khi các bản đĩa hình được phát hành, anh sẽ đi mua ngay. Nhà anh phải có đến hơn 1000 phim thuộc thể lạo này rồi. Mới có, cũ có, đủ các thể loại, ngôn ngữ, anh ta đều rất là thích. Thông tin về từng bộ phim như đạo diễn, tình tiết kịch bản, diễn viên, anh ta nói vanh vách. Nếu như bạn hỏi gì đó liên quan tới một bộ phim găng tơ như Vợ tôi là găng tơ chả hạn, anh ấy sẽ tuôn ra cả tràng về bộ phim và mời bạn về nhà anh ta xem. Thật là một anh chàng tốt bụng…

Short story A Missing Cat

Bà Brown 56 tuổi sống một mình ở đằng Colvis. Bà nuôi một chú mèo đã gần 7 năm. Nhưng bỗng một tháng nay không thấy chú về nhà. Bà đành gọi cảnh sát, hi vọng họ có thể giúp đỡ bà tìm lại nó!

The owner of a missing cat is asking for help. “My baby has been missing for over a month now, and I want him back so badly,” said Mrs. Brown, a 56-year-old woman. Mrs. Brown lives by herself in a trailer park near Clovis. She said that Clyde, her 7-year-old cat, didn’t come home for dinner more than a month ago. The next morning he didn’t appear for breakfast either. After Clyde missed an extra-special lunch, she called the police.

Elevator

A village boy and his father were visiting a mall. They were amazed by almost everything they saw, especially two shiny walls that could move apart, and back together again.
The boy asked his father, “ What is this father?”
The father (having never seen an elevator) responded,
“Son, I have never seen anything like this in my life, I don’t know what it is.”
While the boy and his father were watching wide- eyed, an old lady, limping slightly, and with a cane, slowly walks up to the moving walls, and presses a button. The walls opened, and the lady walks between them, into a small room. The walls closed. The boy and his father watched as small circles of lights with numbers above the wall light up. They continued to watch the circles light up, in reverse direction now. The walls opened up again, and walls opened up again, and a beautiful young blonde steeped out… The father said to his son,
“Go get your mother!!!”

My Flower Garden

My name is Anne. I love flowers. I have a flower garden. My garden is in front of my house. My neighbour has a garden too. My garden has different types of flowers. I have roses in my garden. I have tulips in my garden. I have petunias in my garden. My garden has different colours. I plant red flowers. I plant orange flowers. I plant blue flowers. I plant purple flowers. I take care of my garden. I water my garden every day. I kill the weeds in my garden. I kill insects that eat my flowers. I love my beautiful garden.

Joe's First Car

Joe is 18 years old. Joe works at McDonald’s. Joe saves all his money. Joe has $2500.00 in the bank. He wants to buy a sports car. Joe starts to look for a new car. Joe looks in the newspaper. Joe looks in magazines. Joe finds a car he likes. Joe goes to see the car with his dad. He really likes it. Joe doesn’t have enough money. Joe’s dad tells him to keep saving his money. Joe wants this car a lot. Joe asks his dad to help him. Joe and his dad make a deal. Joe’s dad will lend him the money. Joe must work hard. He must pay the money back to his dad. Joe is very happy. Joe owns his first car.
